Aquaman

This was my first Costume Job and boy did I have fun. Got to work with an amazing crew modelling crowns, jewellery, armour, fish and all sorts of wonderful things.
This job I purchased the formlabs Form2 SLA 3d printer and it did not rest the whole time I was there. It was a big learning curve as I knew very little about 3d printing.
Aquaman was an unusual one as this was part 2 of my job. I had spent the last 5 months in Art department prior to me joining costume.

I thought it was worth putting this up here. The process was really interesting and worth exploring further down the track on the next Gig.

3d printed moulds of fish finns to sew onto the Atlantean suits. The spines were 3d printed nylon and cast with silicon around them.
